GiG.Ar @ 4K+ FUTURE SKILLS

GiG.Ar @4K+ FUTURE SKILLS is a groundbreaking segment under Ar.TV by PAMSo, inspired by the Regent of Johor, HRH Tunku Ismail’s visionary initiative to attract and retain skilled talent in the state. This initiative aligns with Johor’s mission to be the first state in Malaysia to offer premium salary packages of RM4,000 to RM5,000 for skilled workers, particularly targeting TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) graduates through the Johor Talent Development Council (JTDC).

PAMSo is proud to collaborate with industry associations, government-linked companies (GLCs),
and stakeholders to make this vision a reality. Through GiG.Ar @4k, we aim to spotlight the role of PAMSo young architects, graduates and architectural university students in shaping sustainable careers while contributing to Johor’s future-ready workforce and benefits from this.
